Refund Policy
When Refunds Are Issued
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Package was lost by the carrier or not delivered.

The right of withdrawal was exercised within the legal timeframe (7 days after delivery).

Product becomes unavailable in stock after purchase.
Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is approved and the product is received (or proof of return is provided, if applicable).
Refund Method

Credit card payments: Refund is made directly to your card (may take up to 2 billing cycles depending on your bank).

PIX, bank slip (boleto), or transfer: Refund will be sent via bank deposit to the account of the original purchaser.
