Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

  • Package was lost by the carrier or not delivered.

  • The right of withdrawal was exercised within the legal timeframe (7 days after delivery).

  • Product becomes unavailable in stock after purchase.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is approved and the product is received (or proof of return is provided, if applicable).

Refund Method

  • Credit card payments: Refund is made directly to your card (may take up to 2 billing cycles depending on your bank).

  • PIX, bank slip (boleto), or transfer: Refund will be sent via bank deposit to the account of the original purchaser.
