Exchange and Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, you can request an exchange or return within the guidelines below:

Timeframe to Request

  • Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

Product Conditions

  • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging (if applicable), and include all accessories and manuals.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or without proof of defect will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personal hygiene items, due to sanitary reasons.

  • Items marked as final sale, or personalized/customized products.

How to Request

  1. Email us at [your customer service email] with the subject: "Return/Exchange + Order Number"

  2. Include:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the product (if applicable)

  3. We will review your request and send you detailed instructions for returning or exchanging the item.
